WHY WOULD I BUY FROM YOU?

I represent a company with over 80 years of experience in the jewellery industry, passed down through three generations. We aim to share this heritage with our customers through first-rate service, guidance, and products.

Certification: All diamonds above 0.20ct will be independently certified in terms of colour, clarity, carat weight, and cut by the GIA or IGI, two of the world’s most respected independent laboratories. When comparing price and quality, it’s important to ensure you are comparing like-for-like and receive genuine certification.

Credentials: We are also members of The National Association of Jewellers, which is committed to protecting and promoting standards across the UK’s jewellery industry.

WHY ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CHEAPER THAN MOST?

We are well-known for our competitively priced, GIA certified diamonds. Having been in the diamond trading industry for more than 80 years, we are highly knowledgeable when it comes to the pricing of diamonds and this means that we can offer stones at up to 60% less than our competitors.

03*

HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE QUALITY OF MY DIAMOND?

We are committed to delivering only the best quality. All of our diamonds come with either a GIA (natural) or IGI (lab) certificate to attest to this. You can find more information about GIA and IGI diamonds below:

flawless fine jewellery, non expensive fine jewellery, meghan markle engagement ring, pendant, rings, tennis bracelets, necklaces, gold hoop earrings, diamonds

IS LAB-GROWN DIAMOND REALLY A DIAMOND?

Yes, they are chemically and visually identical to natural diamonds, with the same brilliance, durability, and performance. The only difference is that lab-grown diamonds did not take billions of years to form naturally; instead, they are created by a machine that emulates the natural growing process in a much shorter time. As a result, lab-grown diamonds are usually about 10% of the price of natural diamonds and are considered more environmentally friendly.

WHAT IS A VALUATION CERTIFICATE?

A valuation certificate is a document that states the full retail value of a diamond or of a piece of jewellery. This is used for insurance purposes. All our products worth over £1000 are provided with this certificate.

HOW ARE THE ITEMS PACKAGED AND PRESENTED?

Presentation is very important to us, so we ensure every last detail is perfect when you purchase diamonds or jewellery from us. All of our jewellery is presented in high-quality boxes made from recycled materials. We provide discreet packaging for all postal orders on engagement rings.

07*

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A HALLMARK?

Yes, all of our products come with a UK hallmark. The hallmark is a stamp of proof applied by a third-party, quasi-government body to indicate the metal the product is made from, such as gold or platinum.

08*

CAN I RETURN MY JEWELLERY IF I AM NOT HAPPY?

Yes, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that this policy applies only to pre-made items or custom items from our catalogue. Custom-made items designed specifically for the client are not eligible for return as they cannot be resold. If the client is not satisfied, we will discuss all available options with them. Rarely our clients are dissatisfied.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY JEWELLERY TO BE CRAFTED AND DELIVERED?

Most pieces take 4-5 weeks to be crafted, depending on the complexity of the project. We will keep you updated on the process throughout. Delivery times depend on your location, but we work with major courier companies such as FEDEX, DHL and UPS to provide an insured and tracked service. We deliver worldwide.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all debit and credit cards, including Union Pay, as well as bank transfers. Please note that all payments will be processed by our physical store in London; I, as the EU sales representative, do not handle any payments directly.

P.S.: Items paid for with a debit or credit card MUST be delivered to the billing address.

HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?

We always recommend visiting a local jeweller to determine your ring size. If possible, check with more than one jeweller. Please keep in mind that our fingers can change size with the weather, so measurements taken after a long walk on a sunny day may differ from those taken in winter after a drive.

We offer one complimentary resizing if done within three months of completion. However, resizing will either require a visit to our London store or the client will need to send the ring to us, with all postage costs being the client's responsibility.

Please note that not all rings can be resized due to design constraints. Therefore, it is essential to discuss resizing options with your sales representative before crafting the ring.
